  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2/3 cup Hot sauce

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your Air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Preheating ensures even cooking and crispiness.
  • Prepare the Chicken Wings: Rinse the whole chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps remove any excess moisture, which can interfere with crispiness.
  • Season the Wings: Season the wings with the salt, paprika, lemon pepper and, garlic powder. You can also add other seasonings or spices to taste.
  • Prepare the buffalo sauce: In a non-stick saucepan, melt the butter, and add in the hot sauce. Stir together until mixed well.
  • Air Fry the Wings: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Place the wings in the basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Brush on buffalo sauce: You can brush some buffalo sauce on both sides of the wings and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Check for Doneness: The wings are done when they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature, especially if you're unsure.
  • Coat Chicken Wings: Once the wings are cooked through, transfer them to a dish. Brush the buffalo sauce over the wings until they are evenly coated. Use enough sauce to cover the wings thoroughly.
  • Serve Hot: Serve them hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your favorite dipping sauce, such as blue cheese or ranch dressing.
