High-Protein Chicken, Bacon & Egg Breakfast Sandwich (Low Carb)
This high-protein sandwich is made with homemade cottage cheese bread and layered with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and a perfectly fried egg. It’s filling, flavorful, cheesy, and honestly so delicious you’d never guess it’s low carb.

High Protein Cottage Cheese Bread
Prepare the Cottage Cheese Bread: In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond flour, shredded cheese, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until combined.
Scoop the mixture into a circular bun shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and set.
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breast with butter, salt, and pepper on both sides. Air fry at 370°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through. Remove and let rest for 1–2 minutes
Prepare the Bacon: Place bacon in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 5–9 minutes, until crispy. You can add at the end with the chicken.
Prepare the Egg: Heat a small pan over medium heat with butter or oil. Fry the egg to your liking and remove from heat.
Assemble the Sandwich: Layer your bread with the fried egg, the bacon, and the chicken on the bottom half of the bread. Top with the second half and serve warm. Enjoy;-)
