    Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, crack the 12 eggs and whisk them together until well beaten.

      Combine Ingredients: Gently stir in the fresh garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped bacon, the chopped spinach, the tomatoes, and the cheese into the beaten eggs. Mix everything until it's evenly distributed.
