The Instructions:
In a large skillet melt 2 Tbsp of butter, add 3 cloves of minced garlic cloves, add all of the seasonings, mix well, and add the lime juice.
Pre heat the oven to 450°F (232°C)Spray a glass baking dish with olive oil and add the chicken thighs. Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic butter mixture on both sides.
Bake the chicken in the pre heated oven for 20-25 minutes. In a skillet over medium heat, add in the olive oil, add in 3 cloves of chopped garlic, add in the spinach, stir fry for about 1 minute, next add in the heavy creme to the mixture. Give the ingredients a nice stir.
Bring to a boil and add in the liquid from the baked chicken to the skillet.
Add in the parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Once cooked, set aside to rest. Serve the Creamy Chicken Alfredo with a side of zucchini noodles, or cauliflower rice.
