Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
Prepare the broccoli: Add broccoli florets to the baking dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat evenly.
Add the chicken: Top the broccoli with shredded rotisserie chicken, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth. Add 4 oz cream cheese and whisk until fully melted and creamy. Season the sauce: Stir in salt, pepper, red crushed pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Whisk well and remove from heat.
Assemble: Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli. Top with shredded cheese of choice.
