These Whole Buffalo Chicken Wings are absolutely delicious, the combination of the seasonings, and the buffalo sauce is tantalizing. The best part is that they take less than 30 minutes to prepare. I make these on a weekly basis. There definitely a favorite in my home. I like to serve these wings with a side of Cauliflower Fried Rice or Delicious Loaded Cauliflower.

  • 2/3 cup Hot sauce

  • Prepare the Chicken Wings: Rinse the whole chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps remove any excess moisture, which can interfere with crispiness.
  • Season the Wings: Season the wings with the salt, paprika, lemon pepper and, garlic powder. You can also add other seasonings or spices to taste.
  • Prepare the buffalo sauce: In a non-stick saucepan, melt the butter, and add in the hot sauce. Stir together until mixed well.
  • Air Fry the Wings: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Place the wings in the basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Brush on buffalo sauce: You can brush some buffalo sauce on both sides of the wings and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Check for Doneness: The wings are done when they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature, especially if you're unsure.
  • Coat Chicken Wings: Once the wings are cooked through, transfer them to a dish. Brush the buffalo sauce over the wings until they are evenly coated. Use enough sauce to cover the wings thoroughly.
