  • Melt the butter: In a Non-Stick Saucepan, melt the butter and add in 5 cloves of garlic. Add in lemon pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika. Mix the seasonings well into the butter.
  • Prepare the chicken: Brush the butter sauce onto the chicken on both sides.
  • Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a dish or plate and set aside.
  • Prepare the Creamy Lemon Sauce: To the same pan add 1 Tbsp of butter, and 1 Tbsp of garlic, cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Stir in the chopped kale and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until wilted. Add in the lemon zest, and cook for an additional minute. Add in the chicken broth, Pour in the heavy cream stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • Add in the Cheese: Stir in the parmesan cheese. Allow it to melt, and add in the lemon juice.
  • Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the creamy kale sauce.
  • Simmer and Serve: Allow the chicken to simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes, or until heated through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
