This Low carb, Keto Oatmeal is a perfect way to start your morning, not only is it delicious. It is also very easy to prepare.

It is loaded with healthy fiber and does not come along with all the carbs. It is one of my favorite breakfasts must haves when craving oatmeal. The best part about it, is that it’s pretty easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

You will need a minimum of 6 ingredients to prepare this delicious oatmeal. You will need Coconut flour, Ground flaxseed, Chia seeds, Unsweetened Almond milk, Cinnamon, and a Sweetener of your choice. You can choose toppings of your choice. I like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts.

Preparation

To prepare the oatmeal, you will add all of your dry ingredients to a pot. Turn the pot on medium to start toasting the dry ingredients for about 1 minute. Next you will add in your wet ingredients and stir everything together. Bring your oatmeal to a boil, and then turn down on low. Allow it to cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, add your favorite toppings, and then you can enjoy your bowl of delicious keto oatmeal.
